Chandrashekhar Kulkarni joined DBL in 2019 as Vice President (Technical), bringing over 35 years of rich experience in the FMCG industry. He leads the Operations, Projects, Quality, and R&D factions for the Snacks Business, driving the end-to-end supply chain agenda with a focus on operational excellence. Before joining DBL, he held key roles at leading organizations. At ITC Ltd. (Food Division), he served as ICML Head – West Region, managing large-scale manufacturing and logistics operations. He also worked as National Operations Head for Britannia Industries Ltd.’s Bread Division. Chandrashekhar’s tenure includes leadership positions at DS Group and nearly two decades with Cadbury India Ltd., where he gained expertise in process development, projects, and operations management. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt and IOSH Leadership professional, he has also completed the Manufacturing Excellence Certification at IIM Ahmedabad. With his extensive experience and innovative approach, Chandrashekhar continues to play a vital role in driving growth and excellence at DBL.
Aniket Deshpande General Manager, Finance
Aniket joined DBL in 2011 as a Corporate Assistant Manager, Internal Audit. He brings with him extensive experience in management consultancy and auditing across diverse industries, including Automobiles, Food, IT and Construction, among others. During his tenure with the organization, he has been instrumental in establishing and maintaining robust internal controls and systems, contributing to operational efficiency, transparency and the safeguarding of assets. In the early years of the company’s hotel business, Aniket played a critical role in setting up internal controls and conducting business performance reviews. His expertise and collaborative approach enabled him to work seamlessly across teams, driving impactful results. Aniket’s consistent ability to deliver exceptional outcomes has earned him ongoing recognition and progression within the organization. In his current role, he focuses on building and maintaining a strong strategic-financial framework for the food division, aiming to foster growth and propel the business to greater heights. Outside of work, Aniket is an explorer at heart, always seeking new experiences and adventures.
Pritesh Suthar General Manager, Supply Chain
Pritesh Suthar is the Head of Procurement for the Food Division at DBL With over 10 years of experience in the FMCG food industry, he has been with DBL since 2004, starting as a Management Trainee. Pritesh initially worked with the Bidi Division, where he rose to the role of Production Manager. When DBL expanded into the Snacks business, Pritesh was entrusted with managing operations, including production, procurement, and projects for the Food Division. His strong leadership, people management, negotiation skills and ability to build lasting relationships have made him an invaluable asset to the company. Pritesh is always ready to learn and embrace new challenges, with a focus on putting the organization first. Outside of work, Pritesh enjoys music, driving, traveling and playing chess.
Paresh Thombre Sr. Manager, Modern Trade
Paresh Thombre has been an integral part of DBL since 2023. He brings with him 22 years of experience in category management and FMCG Sales in retail Industry. After joining, DBL started expansion in MT and E-commerce business. His strategic vision and good market relationship helped to launch "Pitaara" brand in flagship brands like Reliance, D Mart, Walmart, Metro, Lulu, Zepto and many more. Under Paresh’s leadership the Modern Trade business is growing rapidly and achieving new milestones every year.
Vishal Sharma National Sales Manager
Vishal has been a part of DBL since August 2025. With over 27 years of experience in FMCG, Vishal bringing with him a wealth of experience in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building high-performing sales teams. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for consistently exceeding sales targets, strengthening brand presence, and developing innovative go-to-market strategies while cultivating strong people management practices. With deep expertise in channel sales, general trade, and distribution management, at DBL, we look forward to leveraging his expertise and leadership to further accelerate growth, strengthen our brands, and achieve new milestones in the years ahead.
